This Disclaimer explains the limits of what CampusEduX provides. It forms part of the Terms & Conditions. Nothing in CampusEduX is professional, legal, financial or career advice.
The Service and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
1. Education and academic outcomes
Notes, projects, practice material and guidance in CampusEduX are learning aids. CampusEduX does not guarantee any marks, grades, exam results, project approval or academic outcome. You are responsible for meeting your institution's requirements and academic-integrity rules.
2. Jobs and employment
Job listings are provided for information, may originate from third parties, and can be inaccurate, changed or removed at any time. CampusEduX is not an employer, recruiter or placement agency and is not a party to any hiring process. Using the Service does not guarantee any job, interview, response or offer.
3. Placement preparation
Aptitude, DSA, HR, company-wise material, mock tests and analytics are practice tools. Scores and performance analysis are indicative only and do not predict or guarantee selection, placement or a specific company's outcome.
4. Resume builder and ATS scores
Resume templates, suggestions and ATS scores are automated estimates generated from your input. They are not reviewed by a recruiter, do not reflect any specific employer's system, and do not guarantee shortlisting or hiring.
5. Projects
Projects are provided for educational and development purposes under the Project License Policy. CampusEduX does not warrant that a project is fit for a particular purpose, free of defects, secure, production-ready or compliant with any standard unless expressly stated for a Custom Project. Test and review any project before relying on it.
6. Third-party information and links
The Service may show information from or link to third parties (companies, job sources, payment and infrastructure providers). CampusEduX does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, accuracy or practices.
7. Service availability
The Service may be unavailable, interrupted or delayed due to maintenance, updates, third-party outages, network issues or events beyond our control. Features may change or be discontinued. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime or changes to the Service.
8. No professional advice
Content in CampusEduX — including career, academic, technical or financial information — is general information only and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation.
9. Limitation of liability
Your use of the Service is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CampusEduX and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, data, opportunity or placement, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. This Disclaimer is subject to the "Limitation of liability" section of the Terms & Conditions.
